Today I want to talk about WWE games, and they still continue to do wrong with them. I know that not everyone will share the same opinions as me, but I just want to give my view on the topic. I’d love to get your feedback on this. Maybe together we can make WWE games way better.
The first thing I’d like to talk about, is the fact that our CAWs can’t wear a hooded jacket with a beard or long hair. While Bray Wyatt is allowed, having us opt out of it, is just unfair. Also they don’t allow us to wear a mask with a beard. Neither of those things are realistic. You can wear both with long hair and a beard. So why should we have to miss out on that? It makes our creativity limited and I hate that.
Second, is the fact that we can’t use gym equipment. I understand that it can’t be insanely realistic. I simply would like at least a small animation for lifting weights, running on a treadmill, and even working out the legs. Small things like that make a game feel more immersive. With those being added, I think it will make players want to play more.
Next has been a big let down for me. That is the fact that there is no female career mode. WWE pushes the Women’s Revolution so much, but still no Female career. There are more than enough women in the game to make one. Yes, I understand that there will only be three titles to go for. The option to play as a female would be amazing. I think more women would also want to play the game.
Lastly, I have a big problem with the way that 2K have their servers, they are absolutely ridiculous. Especially when trying to upload a logo to the game. There’s been times that I’ve spent hours trying to get something uploaded. Then when it finally uploads, I get the message about bandwidth, so it disconnects. I tried hard wiring my PS4, and still it happens. The servers work so well with the NBA games, which is why I don’t understand why the WWE games servers aren’t the same quality.
- In closing, I’d like to say that if 2K implements the features I’ve said and the fixes the issues, I think that 2k19 would be absolutely fantastic.
