Evolution Of The Spear Effect, Let The Era Of Controversy Begin….
Dear Readers Of SLTD Wrestling,
My name is Alex Spears, I would love to start by saying thank you to Greg and the entire SLTD Wrestling team for this tremendous and prestigious opportunity. It will truly be my honor to bring all of you loyal fans and readers of SLTD hard-hitting, accurate, and most of all “CONTROVERSIAL” columns each and every Thursday. I will tell you about myself and background in professional wrestling, but don’t worry we will definitely start off The Spear Effect with a “BANG” (DDP Voice) trust me when I say I have dealt with the good, bad, and ugly of this business. For example getting into a twitter war with A.A. all because I know about his negotiations with NXT/WWE which is currently happening, and can’t forget my face to face confrontation with CMP in a Chicago Bar i’ll save these stories for future columns.
I promised myself I would never create another Dirt Sheet, my mind torn and heart feeling betrayed I was exposing real life truths about the squared circle and felt like scum of the earth for participating in these activities. One man came into my head, in my opinion he is a God of professional wrestling, the phone conversation I had with him was the true creation of The Spear Effect. I asked him is it wrong that i’m exposing facts and stroylines, the employees of these organizations are contacting myself personally with information. The God responded in true headlining fashion
“Alex let’s get one thing straight, talk is cheap and it is the controversy that creates cash so you continue to feed the masses the information they long for.”
Yes, the man on the other side of that phone was none other than Eric Bischoff.
Ever since I had the pleasure of meeting him, my whole perspective and vision was completely changed. Let me get to my Spear Effect, and moral of this whole post Eric taught me to believe in my brand, and the sole purpose of my movement. I promise from here on to give you: the fans a brand new outlook inside and outside of the squared circle, the burning questions will finally be answered and I start today…….
1. Seth Rollins tears MCL on WWE UK Tour, The Authority then promised a Tournament to determine a new WWE Champion at Survivor Series.
1A. Seth Rollins injury was just a simple twist to drop the WWE Title to Roman Reigns without ever facing him. Thus when Seth Rollins makes his long awaited return as a (babyface) mind you, both men will lay claim to being the true Champion, although a certain beast will claim neither Reigns nor Rollins pinned him, this will re-introduce Brock Lesnar in title contention. (I smell a triple threat for the WWE Title, do you?)
2. Ring Of Honor resigns Young Bucks richest deal in the company but for one year.
2A. Aj Styles ROH deal expires Feb. 2016 just in time for the Bullet Club to make their NXT/WWE debut since Young Bucks are signed through January. Believe me when I say the WWE has had conversations with the three superstars, and you can expect Aj Styles to be the first to jump. There is also a tag team, and major ROH star who will be jumping ship however let me save that for next week.
3. WWE announces Tag Team Match at Survivor Series Wyatt Family Vs Brothers Of Destruction.
3A. I bet fans are scratching their heads at this match since it is Survivor Series and the Wyatt Family is a four-man team, yet its only a basic tag match. Well, I can tell you there will be a future eight-man tag match once Sting (spoiler alert) is one hundred percent ready for action. Actually Sting is already back in the gym and feeling better than ever, so what is the actually delay? The answer lies in the recovery of The Viper Randy Orton, who was supposed to be apart of team destruction without Randy Orton there is no rush to bring back The Icon Sting. WWE has stated The Wyatt Family & Brothers Of Destruction will continue to feud past Survivor Series, which means this rivalry is just getting started. Vince Mcmahon has handpicked Bray Wyatt as Sting’s opponent at Wrestlemania 32 (I will be attending) or could possibly result in the eight-man tag match everyone has been yearning for.

Do you wonder why the WWE has been reluctant to crown The Dudley Boyz tag team champions? It is because the WWE wants to bring back Spike Dudley as a surprise interference to assist those damn Dudley’s in becoming new WWE tag team champions, Survivor Series is the perfect time and place for this moment to occur, also there will be a slew of old and new tag team returns to the company (The Kingdom ROH) being one of them, and Hardy Boyz the other.
