#RawReport – 19th November 2018

Here are the main talking points from this week’s Raw which saw the fallout of the previous night’s Survivor Series.

Strowman hurt in six-man tag match

The monster among men Braun Strowman severely injured his elbow in a 3-on-1 beat-down, at the hands of Bobby Lashley, Baron Corbin and Drew McIntyre. Strowman was left stranded after teammates Elias and Finn Balor were eliminated from the match, and this allowed Lashley, McIntyre and Corbin to strike. The trio destroyed Strowman’s elbow, which will unfortunately require  surgery. This will definitely put Strowman’s future marque matches into question as he is scheduled to face acting Raw general manager Baron Corbin at TLC, and to face Brock Lesnar for the Universal championship at the Royal Rumble if he can beat Corbin.

Cat and mouse between Rollins and Ambrose

The Architect Seth Rollins spent most of Raw searching the arena for his former best friend Dean Ambrose, Ambrose continuously antagonised Rollins with small gabs throughout the night. Rollins caught up with Ambrose in the ring and started an all-out assault, Ambrose eventually got the upper hand, and drilled Rollins’ head to the mat with two Dirty deeds. These two are set to square off at TLC for the International championship, in what should be a fantastic match.

Tag team champions lose

After his unfortunate accident at Survivor Series, Drake Maverick was being ridiculed in catering by Bobby Roode and Chad Gable. This led to a match between Gable and Roode and AOP, in a shocking turn of events however, Gable rolled up Razor for a shock win over the Raw tag team champions. This is surely the beginning of a feud between the two teams, but was it worth AOP taking that loss?

Rousey defends her belt

Rousey was not happy with how her match ended at Survivor Series against Charlotte Flair, so on Raw Rousey was looking for a fight, and was even willing to put her Raw women’s championship on the line. Mickie James answered the challenge, but was shortly taken care by the champ as Rousey retained in convincing Fashion. Rousey’s TLC opponent Nia Jax looked on with great intrigue, as she plots her strategy for December 16th.
