#RawReport – 29th October 2018 (@runner_rope)

Here are the main talking points from this week’s Raw where Seth Rollins wanted answers.

Why Dean? Why?

7 days removed from Dean Ambrose’s sadistic attack on Shield brother Seth Rollins, The King slayer wanted answers from The Lunatic fringe as to why. Ambrose came out to the arena, but did not say a word, which angered Rollins even further. The Architect poured his heart out to Ambrose, but he remained silent before leaving the arena. This was a great start to what is looking to be a fantastic feud, Rollins has the sympathy of the audience as Rollins only wants to know why, and Ambrose will just get hated even more week by week if he continues the silent treatment.

First Survivor Series match announced

This week on Raw, the first match for this year’s Survivor Series was announced as Raw women’s champion Ronda Rousey will take on Smackdown women’s champion Becky Lynch, in a champion v champion match. Both women won their respective matches at WWE Evolution last weekend, and now set their sights on each other ahead of November 18th. This has the makings of a fantastic bout as both are at the top of their game at the moment.

Lashley going to World cup

Seeing as John Cena needed to be replaced in the WWE world cup, WWE needed to make new plans, and they did by putting Bobby Lashley in the world cup instead. Lashley was rewarded this by acting general manager Baron Corbin, after Lashley destroyed Finn Balor in the ring. Lashley will now face Seth Rollins in the opening round of the world cup on Friday. Other opening round matches include Kurt Angle v Dolph Ziggler, Jeff Hardy v The Miz and Rey Mysterio v Randy Orton.

DX get one over on The Brothers of Destruction

In Raw’s main event, The Undertaker and Kane took to the ring to talk down their Crown Jewel opponents. Soon enough, Triple H came out to interrupt the brothers, but he was alone, that was because the Show stopper Shawn Michaels sneaked into the ring and caught the Undertaker with a Sweet chin music. Undertaker soon sat up however, insinuating it will take more than that to keep him down. This match is a difficult to predict for me, either way it will be worth watching.

McIntyre wants Universal championship

The Scottish psychopath Drew McIntyre proclaimed this past week that he will be keeping a close eye on the Universal championship match between Brock Lesnar and Braun Strowman at Crown Jewel, as he wants to take on the winner in the near future. I love that McIntyre is getting this kind of push, as he certainly deserves it and is more than ready for it.
