#TyboTalks & #TheWrestlingBrain: #EliminationChamber Predictions (@TyboTalks @callumowen98)

Welcome one and all, Tybo and The Brain are here to give their thoughts on who will walk out of each Elimination Chamber match with the gold. So let’s get started.

WWE Championship Elimination Chamber: Daniel Bryan (C) vs Samoa Joe vs AJ Styles vs Randy Orton vs Kofi Kingston vs Jeff Hardy

@callumowen98
Until Smackdown Live on Tuesday night, I think it was almost a certainty that Daniel Bryan would retain the WWE Championship, however I’m going to throw out a bit of a curveball and say Kofi Kingston wins the WWE Championship, it’s a complete longshot but there’s no-one more deserving than Kofi Kingston to have a WWE Title reign.

Kofi has been on the main roster for over a decade now, and he’s never had a World Title reign, in the same time Kofi has been in WWE, we’ve had Great Khali, Jack Swagger and Jinder Mahal hold the World Championship. Kofi is one of the most beloved wrestlers in the modern era and he’d be a popular choice to win this Sunday.

Currently the WWE Title scene at Wrestlemania is up in the air, as Daniel Bryan has no realistic challengers, so why not give Kofi the title and have him have a 6 week reign, then drop it back to Daniel Bryan at Wrestlemania.

The Brain’s Pick: Kofi Kingston

@TyboTalk
I think this could be a really interesting match, the Smackdown World Championship picture is looking great at the minute. The ‘New’ Daniel Bryan is killing it as champion and honestly any one of the challengers in the Chamber could legitimately walk out as a new champion.

I have a feeling this match will be more about setting up matches rather than getting a new champion, this could have something to do with Bryan’s custom title. I think we are going to see an AJ Styles and Randy Orton feud, and I was going to say there is a chance either Hardy or Joe will challenge for the championship at Wrestlemania. That was until Kofi threw a massive spanner in the works with having a career defining match on Smackdown.

Although the chances are still slim, the idea of Kofi Kingston facing Daniel Bryan for the WWE Championship is an interesting one. There is no doubt it would be fresh and new. This coupled with the changing dynamic of The New Day, the inclusion of Rowan and the possible return of Harper this could be a great feud.

Either way, the finish of the Elimination Chamber will be Bryan walking out still WWE Champion.

Tybo’s Pick: Daniel Bryan

Women’s Tag Team Championship Elimination Chamber: Banks & Bayley vs Deville & Rose vs Jax & Tamina vs Riott Squad vs Carmella & Naomi vs IIconics

@callumowen98
This Sunday night, we will see the inaugural WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions crowned as six teams battle inside the Elimination Chamber. 3 teams from Raw (Nia Jax and Tamina, Riott Squad and Bayley and Sasha Banks) and 3 from Smackdown Live (Rose and Deville, Naomi and Carmella and The IIconics)

I think both Riott Squad and IIconics, would both favour massively with winning the titles but neither teams have been booked strongly, so realistically they aren’t believable champions. Naomi and Carmella are a makeshift team simply just for both of them to get on the card.

Rose and Deville, much like IIconics and Riott Squad just haven’t got much momentum behind them, and they’ll probably be eliminated first. So that leaves Jax and Tamina or Sasha and Bayley, personally I think Nia and Tamina ought to win, and then drop the titles on the bigger stage at Wrestlemania against Bayley and Sasha.

The Brain’s Pick: Nia Jax and Tamina

@TyboTalks
I have already posted a new Tybo Talks this week detailing why it’s too soon for the women to have a Tag Division in WWE (Read Here), but that doesn’t I’m not interested to see this match go down.

I think the only teams that really have a chance of winning are Banks and Bayley and the Riott Squad, I think everyone else are just there to make up the numbers or are all red herrings and it’s anyone’s match, although could you imagine the comedy gold of IIconics with Tag Team Championships?

The main thing I keep thinking is that I read recently that Vince really wants to make Mandy Rose a star, and her shocking everyone and winning the Tag Titles could be just the way to do it.

Honestly, I think Banks and Bayley are probably more likely to win, but I would absolutely love Roitt Squad to walk away with the gold.

Tybo’s Pick: Sasha Banks & Bayley
