*ALL NEW* #FazzasFoughts: The Future of the Undisputed Era (@Fazza_BayBay)

Welcome to Fazza’s Foughts, I’m Fazza, and as you might guess these are my thoughts (foughts… get it?)

After a 5-star PPV from NXT, with TakeOver: Portland, the Undisputed Era (UE) may have lost the tag titles but retained the NXT Championship. The group began the year holding all the titles within NXT but have now dwindled to just Adam Cole successfully defending his NXT Championship. With NXT TakeOver: Tampa Bay around the corner, it appears as though Velveteen Dream is coming for the gold.

If the run continues and Adam Cole loses the NXT Championship, what is next for the most dominating group in NxT history?

The way the path breaks is simple, do they stay and fight for their perch on top of NXT or do they move on to either Raw or Smackdown?

With Raw currently pushing the ‘Monday Night Messiah’ and his group of mercenaries, is Raw really the place for this dominating group OR does Smackdown need the star power?

For me, I believe Smackdown needs to be the place for the Undisputed Era. Imagine a three-way tag match between UE, The New Day and the Uso’s whilst Roderick Strong fights for the Intercontinental title. Smackdown lacks star power and whilst there is no doubt NXT still needs this group, I believe the writing is on the wall to see the next step of the UE’s development.

That leaves the leader of the group and in my opinion the best talent that NXT has to offer, Adam Cole.

Adam Cole has already shown his capability with beating Daniel Bryan on Smackdown and Seth Rollins on Raw. The talent he possess not just on the mic, but his in ring ability is second to none. My only concern with Smackdown is how poor the show has been recently, but maybe, just maybe; the Undisputed Era can make Smackdown the most undisputed show in WWE.
